Terms of use

In accordance with current legislation, hereby the user (hereinafter User) of this system (software and range of maintenance services - hereinafter System) fully and unconditionally accepts Privacy Policy.

The User gives the System Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) consent to automated, as well as without the use of automation tools, processing by collecting, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying and deleting, as well as by transferring to third parties who may be involved by the Administration - their personal data (namely last name, first name, patronymic, email address, telephone number, date of birth, etc.) specified by them in the System, to achieve the goals indicated below:
- for the provision of services;
- for the purpose of creating a personal account in the System;
- to improve the quality of service provision and the quality of the System;
- for conducting marketing and other research;
- to process claims and appeals;
- to receive newsletters with information about news, new services, special offers, and other useful information from the Administration or partners;
- for the purpose of obtaining information, documents and materials, including advertising (at the User’s request);
- for other related purposes.

The User undertakes not to commit harmful actions in the System and not to provide content that in any way could harm the System or other Users of the System. The User can report such actions of other Users using the functionality provided in the System. In some cases, the User can delete content independently, without the help of the Administration. The Administration reserves the right to monitor the content posted on the System and the actions of Users in order to track malicious activities. A user may be blocked or deleted for failure to comply with the rules for using the System.

By using the System, the User automatically accepts all the terms of this agreement and grants the Administration the rights to process the content provided by him. The consent is valid until the purpose of processing personal data is achieved or until the User sends an application requesting to stop processing his personal data.

ALL EQSASH CONTENT (MATERIALS, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, ETC.) IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR LIABILITY - THE USER USES THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS AND REFUND OF DONATIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE.
